Depending on when in the month you sign on to the site you are correct. There is a 2-week waiting period between surverys. So the best is to get on schedule to take one at the beginning and then middle of the month.

But if they tell you there is no survey available when you try, you have to wait 7 days before you can try again. This has happened to my daughter and me about half the time we've tried.

Yes that is correct. Fortuantly I have only had that happen twice in the last year.
