Called and Received a Pin for 2013 but....................

I don't know if this is common but the code I received was good from Jan. 2 thru Sept. 28th (2013).....HOWEVER she said there were blackout dates....I'll say!!!! Don't recall the exact dates that were blacked out in the Spring because they wouldn't matter for our trip, but it was something like Feb. - March.....then the whole Summer was blacked out from May 23 - August 10th! It was a save up to 35% off. Travel had to be booked by Feb. 16th.
