Call or Email

Hi everyone! Hope everyone is having a good day. I plan on contacting member services to make a room request and I was wondering which way is better to do it. Should I call or email? What do you guys do? Is one way better than the other?

I have done it both ways, sending an email works better for me because it can be done at any time.

You can't go wrong either way.

I have had better, more accurate service sending the email through the member website.

We usually e-mail through member services. I send an email and get a response the following day. Make sure you enter your reservation number in the message.

I always e-mail. I stayed at BLT earlier this month, I e-mailed a request for even number room, north side, about a month before. When I checked in, the cm said "you got a very nice view". Exactly what I requested, MK to the left, lake to the right.

You can't add a request on an online booking.
