Call me CRAZY...Pop Century

I think it's pretty neat looking too. :)

Hey Neeter, thanks for the info on the "Legendary Years". I'm a big fan of the 40's nostalgia--probably from watching It's a Wonderful Life.

I'd be really curious to see how they do those buildings:p :p

:bounce: I also think Pop Century is pretty neat and would like to stay there. The 70's building would be my first choice to stay at.

I also am looking forward to staying at Pop Century. I am also a big All Star fan. :p

N2MM. While staying at CBR in May 2002, I asked a CM working at the Banana Cabana what the construction was next to CBR. She said that is was a new Golf resort being built. It is not owned by Disney. She said that was about the only bit of land left not owned by Disney. I had thought it may be part of PC also.

Also, she said that they were not going to open PC until the bookings picked up.

I can't wait to stay at Pop Century! I was booked for the opening day -- both times!! I'm waiting for the next one and will make a special trip just to be there.

I think the buildings are... shall we say... groovy!:)

Does anyone know what sections are the preferred bldgs yet?
(i.e. Movies/Fantasia, Music/Calypso, Sports/Surfs Up). I would make reservations but I would like to see the layout of all the bldgs in regard to the pool and foodcourt.

I think Pop Century looks like a fun resort. I'm going to give it a try.
