Call if you can't get ADR's online!

Hey guys!
Just wanted to say that I've been trying and trying and trying to get certain ADR's for my trip in Dec/Jan and the online system would never pull up anything up. I especially had been trying to get reservations for ANYWHERE in the MK for NYE.
I called today, and VERY happily and easily got the ones I wanted. Got Crystal Palace on NYE, when I didn't think there was anything available that day at all. Very excited!
Just wanted to pass that on; I know how frustrating the ADR process can be

I had the exact same experience. Could not find any ressies at the Rose and Crown for Thanksgiving day online, called up MS; got the ressies I wanted.

from what I've been reading on several boards you almost have to call to get ressies on holidays. People had been having problems w/Christmas day & NYE online and when they called had no problems.

has anyone else had problems with thier old session never timing out properly and even when i log out and log back in - it keeps taking me to the same place where is saying checking availablity - please wait - session times out - start a new session. I have tried EVERY thing and I can't get past this place - I start a new session only to end up right back here?! VERY FRUSTRASTING!!

Thanks for the advice. We will be there at Easter so I know ADRs will be hard to come by around that time.

I have been playing around with the system online even though I cannot make my ADRs till 10/27. Today was the first day that I did not get that dreaded error code with the letter E and all those numbers . So hopefully the system is getting its kinks worked out, but I guess I should not get my hopes up too high .

I have Vista on my regular desktop and that is the computer I am having troubles with the online dining. However, on my laptop, which, does not have Vista I have no troubles?! Maybe a Vista security thing - gotta love VISTA!!!
