Call from Quality Assurance

Received a call from Quality Assurance Monday Evening 9/01/03.

I thought there was a problem BUT.....
He was welcoming us to DVC and wanting to know if we had any questions about DVC or he could help in any way. We explained this was not our first contract which he was surprised. We just applied for 2 additional contracts (OCT.) with a different use year than our original (April). I do not remember receiving a call with our original or add-on.

Is this now customary to receive a call from QA?

I was really surprised since I just returned the contracts last week to receive a call this soon.

They make it to easy as you can see below.
 
Did you call when you received your paperwork? There is a note that says to call when you receive your paperwork. If you don't call them they will call you!
 
Yes, we had been in contact with our Guide, Julie Hughes several times this past week to assist with scheduling etc. In fact she called us yesterday, Tuesday, to inform us that all was going well and there were no problems with our paperwork and the contracts were being processed.
I was just surprised to receive the call from Quality Assurance and was wondering if every new contract receives a personal call. As mentioned above he was not aware we were already Members with a different use year.
 
What I was trying to say was did you call QA when you received your paper work, not your guide. If I didn't call them first, they call me everytime I receive paperwork for an add-on. It is usually weeks later and sometimes after I have already sent the paperwork back.
