Call from Mickey

We will be going to our first Disney vacation as DVC members. Does anyone know who I could call to get Mickey to call my kids on Christmas day telling them of the trip? Thanks.

Do you mean call your kids at home on Christmas to tell them of the trip? not sure if they do that. Or do you mean you will be at WDW on Christmas day and want a mickey phone call? If this is the case you could probably contact the concierge desk and set some thing up.

Disney has been offering calls on Christmas morning for those booking packages thru CRO - but nothing thru DVC.

There is a service available thru the Disney.com site called Disney's Enchanted Calls where you can have one of the characters call a child and you select the date and time. There is a nominal charge for this service.

I was thinking of the same "enchanted calls" site Doc was suggesting, but you might also just have a friend place the call for you at no charge. Make sure to give them a script!

Try using your DVC confirmation# and see if it works.

I have been trying to figure out the same thing as I remember this from last year- but so far I have found nothing that will have Mickey announce the upcoming trip. For the link provided- It wants a CRO res# booked between certain dates.

Did you try to enter your dvc confirmation number? If system does not recognize number you will get error message.

I tried to use my DVC reservation number and was told that it was a incorrect number.

I tried entering the Reservation number listed on my confirmation letter from DVC, and it said it was not the correct number - try again.... Please let me know if anyone figures this out. We are going home - SSR in Feb. 2nd-9th, 2008. Thanks!
