Hello,
As some of you know, I was upset about the recent changes to the FP+ both the ability for offsite guests to book at 60 days and the club level 90 days. Mad enough to write to Member Services for the second time in 25 years.
The President called me the last time and we had quite the discussion about perception of the direction DVC was going. At that time, I was told it was the sentence about pool hopping that peaked their interest. I felt DVC wasn't special or valued anymore but sure enough my newsletter made a point of telling me which pools I couldn't use every single time. For THAT they had the time, energy and ink. Sad. They have been making an effort over the last few years. Maybe the lesson is we should take more time to give direct feedback?
Anyway, with so many spam callers, I dismissed the incoming as another AI trying to give me a free cruise. I noticed the 407 yesterday. They left me a voice mail with a name and number to call back. I will call back soon and report what I learn.
