Call from Hollywood Studios??

The other night when I was at work my husband said we got a phone call from Hollywood Studios. He did not make it in time to the phone and our answering machine is kind of broken so the message sounded like static. The number on my caller ID was 407-560-7315. When I call it I just get a busy signal. Has anyone else gotten a call from this number recently? I am dying to know why they called. I tried calling just regular guest services but they said unless I knew the name of the person that called me they could not help me. Hmmmmm....

I got a call from this number just this afternoon. They called my cell phone regarding a email that I had sent about an incident that happened during the December 16th MVMCP. I had a woman leave me a message and a different 407-# to call her back on, but every time I call the number she left it just keeps ringing. When I call the number you posted it says call cannot be completed as dialed.

That is so weird! I did leave an email with guest billing and research regarding a refund I needed from Coronado Springs. They did write back to me though so I don't know why they would call, or why the call would come from Hollywood Studios. I was hoping it was some super awesome contest I won

Every time I have ever emailed or written Guest Services (for good or bad things) I get a phone call from Hollywood Studios. That must be where their call center is.
Usually they want to learn more about whatever your issue was- and if it was resolved to your satisfaction.

I love seeing that caller ID on my phone.
And I really like that they actually call. It makes me feel like they *might* be listening, at least a little.
