We sent an email to Disney Guest Communications on Wednesday about how much we enjoyed our stay at the WL and how much we appreciated the efforts of the concierge staff. Today we got a call from Disney telling us they received the email and that it would be passed onto the appropriate people to see.
Also we got an email today from the AllStar Sports thanking us for staying there (one night, first time ever) with a link to a website that creates Mickey Ears with your name stitched on. I haven't tried it yet - wonder what it does...
On the topic of showing appreciation to the concierge staff. Having never stayed on the concierge level before, I asked one of the staff if there was an appropriate in which I could show my appreciation for their service.
He immediately said write a letter to guest services.
