call ahead to Boma to find out menu?

I have ressies for Boma and was wondering if there's a way to call ahead to see what will be on the menu for that evening? We went last year and I fell in love with the curry seafood stew (or whatever it's called) and I have my heart set on that soup, and may have to try to get another night if they're not serving it on that night (I booked a Sunday which I think is Chef's choice or something like that). Anyone ever call ahead and if so, do you have the phone #?

Every time I have been there they had the same menu.

They actually have a rotating menu where they serve different meats/soups/etc depending on the night you attend. It's not different every night, but depending on what night you may or may not get your favorites. And Sunday is usually a mishmash of whatever the chef wants to put together for the evening...

There is a post somewhere on the boards that gives the menus for each day of the week. Do a search to see if you can find it.

Also, we love that soup too!!!! Tusker House also has a really good curry stew that's a bit thicker...my husband pretty much made a meal out of it last time it is so good.

This is nice to know. I knew they had a rotating menu also, but just thought I'd get what I get on the night we chose. HOWEVER, that butternut squash soup was my favorite last time - 2 bowls - and I may choose to go on a day they are serving that. mmmmmmmm.....

Thank you for posting! I ate at Boma on a Tuesday back in Sept and this looks about right...I loved both the butternut squash and the curried coconut seafood stew. In fact, I could've eaten just that and have been very content with my meal! The problem is, I have Boma booked on a Sunday...so I wonder if I could find the # somehow, if I could find out what soups they are making that evening?

I'm glad I saw this, we have Boma planned for a Tue. and we have seafood allergies in the family. I guess I'll try to rearrange this since Tue. looks like a lot of salmon. Anyone know what Sunday usually ends up having?

I called Boma directly today and they said Sunday is the chef's choice. They don't know until that day what foods will be served. She also said there is no set menu, so don't base your night on what is posted here...it is probably outdated...I didn't get any answers, except that the food is prepared fresh daily!

thanks for the info. Tue. really works best for us so I am going to stick w/ that unless I find this posted menu is correct.
