Anyone else from California who is applying for fall 2011 at Disneyworld?? I am from Sacramento!

I'm from So Cal (near Disneyland actually) and applying for Fall Advantage in WDW. If I get in, I'm planning on road tripping over there!

Hey guys I'm from Santa Barbara area and I road tripped for Spring 2010 with my mom. Make sure you guys stop at all the silly stuff whether you take the high or low route out there. We found some cool stuff like a meteor site and a bunch of ruins it was cool. Plus you'll never forget the trip out there it makes verything better!!

Ooh yes! I really want to map out the route with all the silly kitschy sites along the way! I hadn't thought of bringing my mom, that would be so fun, a nice trip before saying goodbye for 6 months.

Yeah it was amazing. We both had an awesome time. Never gunna forget it. We did the northern route and caught the edge of the grand canyon area. Just saw a lot of snow cause we were driving in January. We drove through Arizona and it was gorgeous.. Texas.. Mississippi. Really just a great time!

After being accepted (!) I had a blast planning out the trip. We're taking the southern route with a three day stop in New Orleans! I've never been there before so I'm super excited!

On a side note, I was watching the videos about planning for the weather on Disney's CP site. They have one generic video for both Florida and California. I think they fail to mention that FLorida is CRAZY humid and Anaheim is really dry. I hope I can adapt fast!

I'm coming from Long Beach so I'm like actually near Disneyland. I applied both parks but heard last week from WDW(Fall Merch) so after thinking decided to go there since never been. Whereas I've been to DL countless times since I have an AP lol
