California Screamin' Refurb?

Not even mouseplanet has it listed as a closure.

Anyone heard anything?

I saw this as well. I also noticed that TSMM which is listed on all the refurb lists as 12/8-12/11 is not listed on the Disneyland calendar linked by the OP.

Wow, both of those make me a little nervous. I'd sure like to know asap about CS in particular. We will have a couple park days ahead of that date, so should be fine, but these dates always seem to be fluid.

I clicked on the link to the list. It also shows Storybook Canal and Casey Junior closed. Does anyone know what is up with that? They were closed last year that same time and we really wanted to catch them this time.

The boats and train have been on mouseplanet's list for a while. But screamin' came out of left field. My boys are finally tall enough to ride it, they'll be devastated if it's closed. It is also listed as under refurb on the 10th.

For what it's worth, we were there for four days last week. I saw it down twice during that time. Sounds like it needs some time for preventive maintenance.

Listed as down for the 11th too - and muppets! So strange that DL refurb list changed so much last minute. Praying it'll be open by the 16th so we can ride it once!

Rides do generally go down the same time each year for their annual refurbishment.

I heard part of the Animation Academy is being changed into and Anna and Elsa meet & greet. So now Muppets is being closed for a A&E sing-along? I love Frozen, but enough is enough. They can't take so much away for them. I love the Muppets show (and the Muppets in general). This makes me sad.

Is the consensus that TSMM is also down at that time? It's not on the official site but is on some others, and I'm not sure what that means. Having Screamin' down is heartbreaking, having them both down during our trip is kinda tragic.

If it's not listed on Disney's site I'd believe that over other sites. It can change at any time, but what is up at Disneyland.com is much more official than something listed elsewhere.
