As I am still earning my ears, I am looking for the verterans to add input. I am using the dining plan and have made reservations here for 7:30 pm. I was hoping to see the fireworks. I am worried that I will either be done with my meal or will have to leave the table. The fireworks aren't scheduled until 9:00 pm. Did I make my reservation to early?

Every time we have been there our servers always welcomed us to stay for the fireworks. We usually would have a ressie for 7 or so and they do not push you out. By all means take your time eating and if you finish early go out on the observation deck or grab a drink at the bar and wait for the fireworks. Hope that helps you feel better.

7:30 seating for the 9:00 fireworks will be just fine!!

This is good to know. We'll be going back to California Grill on our next trip and I was wondering what would be the best time for catching Wishes. Incidentally, is there a better place to sit or is anywhere fine?

A window table is best, but there aren't many of those. Otherwise, the best viewing is from the observation deck outside.
