Does anyone know the prices per person for a reception in the Napa Room at the California Grill?

there are minumums that you have to meet to rent the room. im not too sure but i think the minumum for lunches are $2500 and $3000 for dinner? you have to check me on that, im just going from memory. im pretty sure that the average dinner there runs about $100 per person. again, you have to check me on that, my memory is not that reliable.

I just looked it up in the Wishbook. Here are the details:

$75/person for lunch
$100/person for dinner

Minimum food and beverage expense before service charges, tax and tips for events ending prior to 5:00pm is $1,000 (NAPA room) $1,000 (SONOMA room.)

Minimum food and beverage expense before service charges, tax and tips for events ending after 5:00pm is $3,000 (NAPA room) $2,000 (SONOMA room.)

Seats up to 50 guests (NAPA room) or 30 guests (SONOMA room)

Use of entertainment and dance floor will decrease capacity

Menu is based on existing California Grill menu

View is of the Magic Kingdom (NAPA room) or Bay Lake (SONOMA room)

Just for your informaiton - DD had her cocktail hour in the Sonoma Room (overlooking Bay Lake) and her reception in the Napa Room. We had 32 people - I really can't see how you could fit 30 people in the Sonoma room and still have room for a dance floor (frankly, I can't see how you could fit 30 people in that room at all, unless they are standing around. The Napa room, however, comfortably fit 4 round tables and a sweetheart table for the bride and groom, plus a table for the cake - there was a nice dance floor and room for the DJ. Good luck!!!!
