Are you able to bring a toddler to CG for dinner? Would I get dirty looks from people? She is a good kid and very good in restaraunts and stuff, but she'll be almost 2 years old when we go, so you never know. It is appropriate to bring kids that young to a place like that?

You certainly can bring a toddler to CG. And given that CG is generally a pretty loud place, a fussing toddler might not be noticed there as much as at some of the other signature restaurants.

That being said, CG can be a lengthy meal (90 minutes or more), so you should be prepared. You should bring things to keep your toddler occupied during the time that she will be expected to be at the table. You should also be prepared to leave immediately if you toddler really starts to act up.

Our daughter has been in CG at 15 months, 2 1/2 and will be there again at 3 1/2. Never with an issue. It is actually a very good restuarant for people watching which is something our daughter has always loved to do, but even she complained that it is kind of loud for a restaurant.

I agree with the op about bringing some entertainment. Do not forget the observation deck is right there is she does get fussy or squirmy. Just ask the server where it is-she will enjoy viewing the MK from here. My little cousin is 2now and he can only be still for an hour or so. I would get an ealier adr when the place is not very busy and the kitchen is not so backed up to expedite the meal a bit if possible. Have fun :goodvibes

Many people bring young children to this signature although I wouldn't be too happy to be seated anywhere near a "fussy" child while paying that much for a meal and a bottle of wine. I've got no problem eating there when the place is full of happy people though. Only parents know whether their own children are okay eating at places where the meals take 90 minutes or more.

One thing to note is this restaurant is the only thing on this floor and the space is tight. If your child were getting fussy and you needed to leave for a break, you just about only have the option of going out onto the observation deck or taking the elevator back down to the lobby.

We were just there and as you would expect the restaurant was loaded with kids of all ages. All well behaved too!
