California Grill vs Celebration at the Top

We are going in July for our 1 year wedding anniversary and I planned on surprising my wife with fireworks at the Contemporary. I currently have dinner reservations at California Grill at 9:15, but I was curious if the Celebration at the Top is better for fireworks. We will be using the dining plan, so California Grill would use 2 of our table service credits. I'm starting to think saving the two credits for other dinners would be the way to go.

I would keep the Cali Grill reservation so you just have a table for two and won't be eating with others (unless that doesn't matter to you). The view from the Cali Grill observation decks is spectacular.
