Our PS time is for an hour prior to Wishes, is that early enough to view the fireworks, since so many people stay to watch them?

That should be fine and even if you don't get a window seat, the observation deck is a great place to view them. IMHO I think the deck is better because you feel really close and you can hear & see them better. Just about everyone leaves their table & heads outside to see Wishes. The waitstaff will usually hold your next course if they know that you will be leaving the table to see the fireworks.

The last couple of times I've ordered the Hearts of Romaine salad and the Chili-Rubbed free-range chicken. This time my husband ordered the Bananas and Butterscotch "Buzz". He loved it!

What a wonderful way to celebrate! CG is wonderful. I like the 4 cheese flatbread as an appetizer, DH LOVES their sushi (he gets the deluxe platter as his entree), I thought the pork tenderloin was incredible - melt in your mouth wonderful. Perfect with a glass of wine.

You'll definitely be there for the fireworks. We went with my children (4 and 6), and the dinner still took two hours. Arriving an hour beforehand, you may not be guaranteed a window seat, but the deck is a wonderful place to view the show.

And the waitstaff will hold your courses, drinks, whatever, while you are viewing the fireworks. Like I said, I last went there with two young children and there was no pressure or rush to get us out of there. If anything, our server made it more enticing to stay!
