I haven't had my wedding yet but I am having my reception at the Napa Room. We are getting married at 5pm so our cocktail hour will be from 6-7 in the room and then dinner and dancing from 7-11 or 12. We will see Wishes (it is a fantastic view - directly over Space Mountain and the Castle) around 9-9:30. There is also a private outside balcony you and your guests can use that is seperate from where the restaurant guests view from.
The menu is dishes from what the restaurant serves not the banquet ones the other reception places choose from. Here is a sample of the cheapest menu ($80/pp) and it also happens to be the one we are doing:
Reception -Hand Passed: Assortment of Oven Baked Flatbreads
Appetizer: Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli with Sun-dried Tomato Nectar, Mushrooms (the kind that has a bad word in it and I can't write on the post) and Basil
Salad: Wine Country Salad with Marinated Dried Tomatoes, Olives, Sourdough Croutons, and Cabernet-Herb Vinaigrette (we are actually changing this)
Sorbet: Market-inspired Seasonal Sorbet
Entrees: Slow Roasted Atlantic Salmon with farro Wheat Risotto and Crustacean Sauce or Sliced Oak-grilled Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Camelized Onions, and Teriyaki BBG sauce or Oak-fired Chicken Breast with Semolina Gnocchi, Wilted Arugula, and Sauce Vierge or Seasonal Veg (for vegitarians)
Desserts: Banana Bread pudding with "Drunken" Butterscotch, Toffee Bits and Banana "Bisque"
This also includes Coffee and Selection of Teas.
I hope that helps you out. Let me know if you have any other questions. I also have a few pictures I could send you from our site visit if you want. Just shoot me a PM.
