California Grill question

Hey everyone...

When we are visiting in July, we have an ADR at California Grill. I just wondered what the dress code was again??? Our ADR is at 7:30 pm, and I also wondered if that was a good time to coincide with Wishes fireworks???

We usually go in September/October and we usually make our reservations for 7:30 give or take 10 minutes. After ordering an appetizer, entree and dessert, it's time for wishes. Usually dessert is being served right at the time the fireworks are going off. So yes, you should be good.

Pretty casual by almost any standards.
Time wise, we like to have dinner at CG about 1 hour before the fireworks.

Take Uncleromulus's advice. Cali Grill is not known for seating you on time. You could be downstairs in the arcade still waiting for your buzzer to go off when the fireworks start if you cut it too close.

We had a 7:30 reservation there last year and it was perfect timing for the fireworks.

We've not been to California Grill for over 20 years. Today was my 180-day mark for making ADRs and the only times available for our party of 8 on November 30th were 5:30 or 9:20pm. My 3 boys were so looking forwared to watching the fireworks from the observation deck...

I took the 5:30 ADR, and I'm assuming that Holiday Wishes will be at 9:30pm because it's a MVMCP night. Is there any chance we could still be up there for fireworks? Once our dinner is over, is there someplace we can go to have drinks and "wait" for them? Or will we be "encouraged" to leave ASAP?
