California grill private catered events menu?

I have read that the California Grill menus cannot be customized if having a private event at the Napa or Sonoma Room. Where can I find the menus and price per person that they offer?

Also, if I have a wedding through the Four Seasons, would I be able to add a lunch reception at the Napa Room through private catered events?

Hi,
I'm having my reception at California Grill and also had a hard time finding the menus. We'll be in the main dining room but i'm sure the menus are the same. Not sure whether we're looking for breakfast, lunch, dinner but here's the two brunch menus they gave me as examples. Originally they only showed me the champagne Brunch since with the lower priced lunch option, I'll have to add on (mickey waffle bar!) to meet the weddings $100 pp minimum. For a catered event, you'll just have to meet the overall food and beverage minimum not a per person. From Carrie's book & website: the minimum is $2,000 for events ending before 4:00 pm; $3,000 for events after 6:00 pm and $5,000 minimum between 4:00 pm and 6:00.

Champagne Brunch $125 pp (plus service & tax)
Displayed: Fruit and Berries. Assorted Bagels and Smoked Salmon and accompaniments
From the bakery: cinnamon rolls, croissants, muffins danishes etc
Benedict Hash: Organic egg, oven-roasted tomatoes, charred red onion, avocado, yuzu hollandaise.
Mascarpone Cheese Blintz
Marble potato home fries
Romaine Salad
Caprese Salad
Shrimp & Grits: Roasted jumbo prawns, tasso grits & pepper vinaigrette
Chicken & Gravy: Roasted Chicken, waffle bread pudding, sausage gravy, cheddar
Dessert: miniature desserts chocolate hazelnut crunch, cheesecake, butterscotch crossiant bread pudding, mini flavored creme brulee
Champagne and Mimosa Bar
coffee, tea, milk and juices

Barstow Lunch Buffet $67 pp (plus service & tax)
warm bread selection
seasonal soup
Romaine Salad
Panzanella Salad
Oak-grilled flat iron steak
served with Chipotle Mash, blistered peppers, onions, chimichurri and lime butter
Roasted jumbo prawns
served with tasso grits & pepper vinaigrette
Seared Organic chicken Breast
served with marble potato hash, bacon lardons, wilted greens, mustard vinaigrette
Mushroom risotto: wild and cultivated mushrooms, baby spinach, goat and manchego cheese
Dessert: miniature desserts: chocolate hazelnut crunch, cheesecake, butterscotch crossiant bread pudding, mini flavored creme brulee
fountain sodas, iced tea, coffee, teas

There was also a list of breakfast enhancements. (there's likely a lunch dinner enhancement list too but I didn't ask for it)
sides like bacon, sausage, home fries were each $6 pp
frittata $10 pp
omelet station $16 pp
Mickey waffle station $15 pp
