California Grill or Narcoossee for MK fireworks...need help ASAP

Ok, I THINK I have narrowed it down to two places, and I only have a few requirements...

* Romantic atmosphere for first honeymoon dinner
* Good selection of red meats and chicken dishes
* Great view of the fireworks
* Did I mention romantic?

Some of you may have seen my posts in here over the past day, thanks to you I have narrowed it down to these two places- but me being a newbie and never been to Disney, I am looking for your expert opinions as to which restaurant would be a better pick!

Also- any tips on how we could get a good table for fireworks? Is it true they give special "gifts" to honeymooners?

I want to make PS reservations tonight, thanks for all your help!!

Can't tell you about Narcoosees as I have yet to eat there. I can tell you that the food at CG is outstanding. The atmosphere, is probably not what I'd consider romantic. (It's loud and colorful) They do however dim the lights and pipe in the music for the fireworks and the view of the fireworks is amazing! As for something special for a special ocassion....don't hope for anything just be happily suprised if they do something. Some places do, some don't and for most it's just a timing....which people are involved etc. They're meant to be perks or extras not expected. With that said... we did get a free dessert at CG with a Happy Anniversary written on it.

I'd go for CG if you really want that "wow fireworks" feel. If you let them know it's your honeymoon I'm sure they'll do their best to make it special. It's true it can be noisy/exciting but I've also seen "tables for two" by the window that looked like they were enjoying the romance.

Narcoosee's is also terrific but I think the wow! factor is greater at CG.
