My family has an ADR for California Grill for our upcoming vacation- very excited, we should be seeing the fireworks that night from fourteen stories up!

My question is this- with the new dining plan, will we still get a good amount of food? How does the California Grill work on the DDP? I know it's two credits, but do you get enough food. I don't know that I'm actually saying this right. On all ears, the menu is separated into "First Course, Main Course, and Dessert." Do you get one of each or is it like the other TS that you would get just the main course and the dessert?

Ha, I finally got it out right! (It was a struggle, let me tell you.)

On the 2008 DDP, the appetizer is no longer included. The entree and dessert are what you get, along with the non-alcoholic drink. And the other difference is that gratuity isn't included on the DDP starting this year.

That being said, having an appetizer is nice, but I don't think it's absolutely necessary.

You will get one main course selection plus the dessert. Neither servings are huge; it's the typical fine dining portions that you would get at any other fine dining establishment.

We ate at Cal. grill our first evening. We enjoyed the fireworks. Our appetizor was extra but we ordered one anyway. The filet mignon was the best I had ever had. My husband liked his porktendorloin also. The service was superior my husband gave him an extra tip. You get pleny of food I had trouble finishing mine. All of the dining Cal grill was my favorite.
