California grill menu

Hi! Does anyone know the "odd" protein is currently on the California Grill menu. Really hoping for bison or duck, not so much veal... Anyone been there very recently?

1) Nope, not at Cali Grille.
2) For bison, you must go to Artist Point.
3) For duck, you need to go to Citricos

The menu on disneyworld.com dated 7/20/2012 has a veal chop. Bison was on the menu in Janury, and according to wdwinfo.com some time in May.

I've had bison at California Grill. And they've had duck before. Just depends on what they have in at the time. So you dont' HAVE to go to AP for bison, but you have to be lucky enough to catch CG offering it.

It was lamb T-bone chops in June.

On our January trip, I had "Duck Two Ways" at CG, and it was spectacular.
