California Grill Menu

Can anyone confirm that the CG menu has the cast-iron seared Bison on it? They don't show it on the Disney Reservation menus, and it's a deal-breaker for me making ressies.

One more question....I went ahead and made a reservation, that I can cancel later if needed. It's at 9:20. Hallowishes will be at 9:30. I'm under no illusion that anyone that has a seat at 9:20 is going to leave until after the fireworks. Is there anywhere there, within beeper range (I'm assuming they have beepers?) that we can watch the fireworks, if we don't have a table on time?

I don't remember seeing the bison on the menu when we were there last week.

If the absence of anything once on the California Grill menu is a deal-breaker for you, you'd better just cancel. Aside from a few signature dishes, the menu is very seasonal and changes often. And to my knowledge, there are no beepers. The hosts at the check-in counter downstairs might let you up early or on time to watch fireworks from the observation deck before you're seated, though.

I agree, the menu changes frequently so don't count on a particular dish. I have been several times and a few dishes (triple cheese flatbread, pot tenderloin, most of the disgusting, sonoma ravioli ) have been on the menu everytime but most of the others change based on season and what's fresh in the market that week or month.

They have beepers, but I don't know how far away they work.

Also I was there the first week of June, no Bison on the menu, though the Oak Fired Filet was delicious.

Thank for the replies. I actually got....4 months out mind you, primo 8:30 reservations at LeCellier!!! now I can have my steak and eat it too!
