California Grill & Le Cellier - DxDDP Questions

CALIFORNIA GRILL QUESTIONS
We just made reservations at CG for our upcoming trip. I was looking at the menu and I have a few questions. We will be on the DxDDP so I am not sure if that changes the answers or not.

Do flatbreads count as an appitizer?

I think I read somewhere that Sushi is considered an entree, is that true?

Do you get to order a flatbread and a first course? Or do you chose between those (this is of course assuming flatbreads are an app)

Also where does the "cheese board" board fall into?

LE CELLIER QUESTIONS
We had plans to eat at this restaurant in the past but we changed our plans. I remember a smores dessert and a "chocolate moose" dessert. Are these gone from the menu? When looking over the menus I did not see them anymore and was wondering if we missed the boat on those cute desserts?!?!?

Can't help with Le cellier but as far as California Grill goes...

Flatbreads are appetizers.

Most sushi can be an appetizer, with the exception of Snake in the Grass and Yoshi's Deluxe Platter which can only be entrees. You can also order sushi as an entree if you choose, or order two choices, one as appetizer and the other as entree.

You only get one appetizer, which can be from either the flatbreads, sushi (with the above exceptions) or first course sections of the menu.

The cheese board can be an appetizer, and I believe I've read it can also be ordered in place of dessert though I'm not 100% positive on that as I've never done it.

The above PP was able to answer your CG questions, therefore I will be able to answer your Le Cellier Questions. The Chocolate Moose and the S'more's desserts are still on the menu. We were there in September and my DH got the S'more's dessert while I got the Chocolate Moose dessert (my favorite dessert ever). Now if they did in fact take these off the menu since our visit, then I am unaware of it and will be extremely mad/sad because we want to go back there when we go in May and of course I will want to get my beloved dessert again.
