California Grill Gift Certificate?

We're going to WDW with my in-laws this coming June. The trip just happens to fall very near both of their birthdays and we would like to send the two of them to the California Grill for dinner. Is it possible to get gift certificates or somehow pre-pay. We're staying at a resort - is pre-arranging to have the meal charged to our room a possibility?

We'll be there the second week of June - what time reservation should we request so that they can view the fireworks?
