California Grill Cheese Lovers???

I have a question for anyone who has tried the cheese platter at CG. Our very good friends make homestread cheese and it is supposed to be one of the cheeses offered there. Their cheese is called Three Sisters and the varieties would be Seranita or Serena. Does anyone remember having that kind of cheese? It would be so cool to tell them of your replies. They know it is being seved somewhere at WDW and was pretty sure it was CG. It would also make the most sense, since their cheese is made in California. We are coming for the first time in Dec. and have a ressie for the CG in hopes of taking a picture of the cheese plate for them. Hope to hear from somebody!!!
