Can you walk-in and enjoy drinks at the bar and view Wishes at the Cali Grill without a reservation?

Only if they have room.

The bar is not large and fills quickly anywhere near fireworks time.


If you do not have a reservation and show up at the check-in station on the 4th floor, they will call up to see if there is any room. If not--they won't let you up.

If you want to see the fireworks from there, show up early. Like, literally, hours and hours before the fireworks are scheduled. lol.

If Wishes is the goal, I would show up two to three hours prior to Wishes.

If you don't turn up as soon as they open, you will likely be waiting for a spot in the lounge to open up for you, especially if you want a table. You will find some who are just waiting for a table in the restaurant, but others have caught on to the whole eat in the lounge thing.

Yep.

And the lounge isn't that big either. Fills up just like the bar anywhere near fireworks time.

To give you an idea--we've had reservations for dinner at 8--fireworks at 9. We've shown up at 7:30 and because we had reservations, they let us up. NO seats at the bar--NO seats in the lounge. We had to grab a couple of "stray" chairs and sat with our backs to a wall waiting for our table.

Never made that mistake again---
