Has anyone used this option when visiting california? It looks like a good deal but was wondering if it is a hassle to have to wait in line to have the vouchers exchanged for the actual tickets. Also I was wondering when using a tour company to do a Universal trip do they also have vouchers that you have to exchange for the tickets or do they have the actual tickets? And another question, for anyone using a tour company to one of the attractions do they provide ample time for enjoying the chosen attraction? We are looking at doing universal this way and want to make sure we have enough time to see everything..sorry for so many questions..first time planning a trip to california..thanks
