Hi,
Need your help and advice. Currently we have an escape package booked and want to have a sort of rehersal dinner the night before the ceremony. We have chosen and reserved the sonoma room. When looking at the menu options for the catered event, some of the food will not be enjoyed by the more picky eaters in our group. Can we simply order off the menu? I am sure we will have no problem meeting the $2000 minimum spend for having the room.
