Cali Grill - steak sizes ?

Does anyone know how large are the California Grill steaks ?

Adult Menu - Oak fired Filet of Beef....is it 6oz? 10 oz? 12 oz? 16 oz?

Child menu - Oak fired Steak .....is it 6oz? 10 oz? 12 oz?

I enjoy steak - but do not need more than 6 or 7 oz.

Can an adult order off the children's menu if the steak is 1/2 the size of the adult menu's steak ?

I believe the Oak-Fired Filet of Beef from the California Grill was in the 6-8oz range when Hubby ordered it in February. Its a Filet Mignon so its on the small size as steaks go. I do remember it came with a small pile of mashed potatoes and 2 count them 2 baby carrots. He loved the filet (had it without the teriyaki sauce) but all he talks about is how there were only 2 carrots.

It is my understanding they will not let you order from the Children's menu.

6 oz or 8 oz is OK.
I am on a bit of a diet.
Lost 10 pounds - 15 to 20 pounds more to go.

I bet all my family will order the filet mignon !
