We have decided to cancel Le Cellier & use two credits at CG instead. I am NOT a Signature Dining kind of person... Can anyone tell me any details on these two dishes :

Wild Pacific Salmon with Roasted Fig Risotto, Wild Forest Mushrooms, and Pinot Noir Reduction

and

Crispy Seared Chicken with Sautéed Gnocchi, Sweet and Sour Onions, Pole Beans, and Rosemary Chicken Broth

For the chicken, is it chicken breast or a piece of chicken that still has bones in it ? For the salmon, can they put the Pinot Noir sauce on the side ?

If anyone had pics that'd be awesome :)
Thanks!!

I can't help you with your question, but be sure to post your LC cancellation in the cancel ADR thread!

I had a similar chicken there in May and the bones were still there. I think. I do remember it was delicious!:cloud9:

Keep in mind that their menu changes all the time so when you arrive it could be different than what you're seeing now. California Grill is our favorite spot for a nice dinner. The will accomodate you with any realistic requests you have for your dinner. Just ask!:goodvibes

Thanks ! We're going in 2 weeks so I'm hoping the salmon will still be on, looks like a safe enough dish. I can't eat chicken with bones in it... grosses me out.

leadfootlevi, I plan to put them on the canceled thread, but at this time none of my lunch reservations are showing OR can be pulled up. Hopefully this'll be fixed soon cause I got a bunch to cancel.

I had the chicken a couple of weeks ago. It was cooked perfectly, but it did have bones in it. I suspect the chef would de-bone it for you before he cooked it; they usually make small changes like that. They're serving it with mix of fall veggies, mostly potatoes. The sauce was a little overwhelming and I really couldn't figure out what the taste was. Not bad, just a little strong. That was the only part I didn't care for. Two of our friends had the fish (not salmon) and they loved it.

CG is a great restaurant. You'll be happy you switched.
