Cali Grill Date Night-what to do??

We have reservations on a Monday night at 5:30 for California Grill. If we decide we want to come back to watch the fireworks at 10, we will have a couple of hours to kill in between. What is there to do around the Contemporary? I thought about riding the monorail. We will have a car. Any suggestions?

Lol, MIL will have the kids back in the room so the second option is out! Where are some good places for drinks at GF and Poly? I guess we could just take the monorail to explore those 2 resorts
