calendar for sponsored AND unsponsored events?

hi.

does anyone know if there is a monthly calendar anywhere that lists official, wdw-sponsored events (food and wine ,osbourne lights, grad nights, soaps week,etc), as well as unsponsored "events" (jersey week, cheerleading competitions, big conferences, etc.)?

we are available to go ANY week this fall, and we'd like to have as much info. as possible to make an informed decision about when is the best time to go for us. obviously, weather and general attendance patterns can give us a good idea of when to go, but i'm thinking that with all of this collective knowledge on these boards, it wouldn't be difficult for the members here to put together a rather comprehensive list of ongoing activities.
