How can I tell which events use more than one credit? Is that what the "$" vs "$$" means? I thought that was more like "$"=super affordable, wherease "$$$$" would be pricier...priceyer...pricey....MORE PRICEY! I have found what is correct!:teacher:

Sorry, got away from myself there.

Anyway, any tips on finding out which events use more dining credits and approximate costs of dining at BOG or CRT would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Don't use the Disney site...that's why you can't find anything that makes sense.

At the top of this forum is a thread with a link to the Dining Plan brochure for 2014 (don't use 2015, it's not complete yet). Look at that brochure under "signature restaurants" and "dinner shows." Those are all 2 credits per person.

Sample menus are at www.allearsnet.com these are just samples, they may not be entirely and absolutely up to date at the time you will be going.

On the main restaurant board there is a sticky thread with exact pricing for all buffets, AYCE, fixed price restaurants and dinner shows.

My two rules of Disney dining research are:

1) Use the Disney website only for general information (except for prices - I mean stuff like when is the restaurant open, what park/resort is it in, that kind of thing)) and booking reservations
2) Use WDW-DINE only for booking reservations, if you ask them questions there is a very good chance you will get the wrong answer.

Use other sources for all other dining info.
