My own chocolate cake with homemade buttercream icing. Second place a really fresh pound cake always makes me happy. Cake is my sweet of choice always.

For chocolate cake lovers the Hersey chocolate cake recipe on the back of the Hersey cocoa container is delicious. It is the recipe that calls for one cup of boiling water. Dark and fudgy!

I have two favorites: carrot cake with thick cream cheese frosting is one, and the other is homemade German chocolate with thick frosting loaded with coconut...YUMMY!!
