Cake Tasting Flavor?

We are having our planning session later this month.
We were told the cake flavors included in the tasting are:
Yellow
Chocolate
Marble
Almond

And the fillings include:
Chocolate Mousse
Amaretto Mousse
Tropical Mousse
Bavarian Cream
Bailey's Mousse

I know alot of brides have had other flavors in their tastings and cake. I am not sure what else we could ask for. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My stuff says:
cake flavors: almond, golden vanilla, marble, mozart, carrot, pound cake, lemon pound cake, chocolate
Fillings: butter cream, dark chocolate mousse, coconut cream, cream cheese, white chocolate mousse, tiramisu, vanilla custard, praline butter cream, cappuccino mousse, fruit mousse
Fresh Fruit fillings: mango, raspberry, strawberry, mixed berries

And 7 cake soaks. These are from the Disneyland FTW packet but if anything else you have more options. I don't know if they would let you try them all though

I just saw your post and had to chime in to say that we are having our planning THIS month too...Today is the day to start saying that! I'm so excited!

I was wondering about the cake thing too. We have a good idea what we want, but tasting will decide it for us. I definately want to try the peanut butter cup mousse as we are considering that for one of our layers. I sent my planner an email with the flavors we were considering for our cake. Now she has not commented directly on what we will be tasting. As a matter of fact, I have no information at all on the cake tasting.

I haven't been asked about cake flavors yet but in my "Let the planning begin" packet there is a section on cake flavors and I put the ones I wanted to taste. I will probably confirm closer to my planning session.

ooh! my PS is this month too!! (exciting! ) I had the complete list sent to me, but was also asked which ones we were leaning towards in my Planning packet...we're chocolate on chocolate people lol.

WE weren't given all those choices. I'll have to make a screen print of that and review it with my DF over the weekend. There is almost too many to choose from.

Fillings:

Dark Chocolate

Bavarian Cream
Butter Cream
Tropical
Raspberry Mousse
Bailey's Mousse ( so yummy)

*** We picked 2 tiers of the cake will be Marble w/ Bailey's (top and middle tiers)
Larger bottom is Butter Cream with Chocolate cake

Serparate sheet cake is Chocolate cake with Strawberry Mousse..

Just a PS, you can request to try anything on the list.

I told them I didn't want any liquer flavors or any fruit flavors, and then I requested four specific cake flavors and eight specific filling flavors.

What's cool is that when they saw my choices, the double checked with me b/c apparently some of the chocolate fillings have trace amounts of liquer in them. That was OK with us, and luckily we couldn't taste it.
