Thank you so much for clarifying! I'm so glad to hear they can scale it bigger for 100 people! That makes me feel so much better. I was also wondering if they would let me change the fondant to buttercream instead, and would that bring down the cost?

I was talking about the detail on the cake with DF today and we figured that was driving the price up as well. Maybe they can help me find a less detailed design and then bring the cost down even more?

You can request butter cream icing, but you will not be able to get the draped swags shown on the Bridge cake. The swags need to be attached to the fondant overlay to secure them.
