Cake at Akershus or slipper at CRT?

Having devoted a day to the cake thread I still have another question. Our first night (birthday + 3 days) will be at the princess meal at Akershus. I can't see any cakes specifically ordered for there. Has anyone celebrated there recently and ordered a cake? If not I may go for the slipper dessert at CRT two days later.

Also has anyone ordered cakes more than the recommended two weeks in advance. We will be in Florida for 3 wks and I want to order a cake for our arrival at GF two weeks in.
