cake and champagne toast

Hi all

quick q about the cake and champage toast bit.

We want to ask them to also serve fresh fruit and mineral water / fruit juices at this bit (for those who don't want / can't eat cake and children who might be kept off the sugar LOL)

Will this be possible, and, has anyone done it - is it ludicrously expensive?

We are having sodas and water served at our cake and champagne reception and were told that is $3 per bottle. Our planner said that we will only be charged for whatis consumed.
