Cake advice

We'll be celebrating DD's 4th birthday at Chef Mickey's and I'd like to have some kind of cake. It's just going to be DH, DD and me so we don't need anything huge. Do I need to arrange this with Chef Mickey's or with someplace else? I've looked in the cake thread but it's so huge and overwhelming that I thought I'd ask here and hopefully some smart person would know the answer.

ALSO! At Chef Mickey's you can make your own cupcakes! You can frost them and put sprinkles and decorations and have the choice of many different kinds of candies to put on them! My kids did this last summer for their birthdays and thought it was the best!

Here's a pic of the Mickey cake we ordered at Chef Mickey's for my DS 3rd b-day in Jan. I got the phone number to order it when I called Disney Dining to make my ADR's there.
