Where are the waffles? DD was feeling very sad that she wasn't going to be able to have them!!

As @DLgal mentioned, they are at Carnation Cafe, but they are also at the character dining venues: Plaza Inn breakfast, Storytellers breakfast and brunch, and Goofy’s Kitchen breakfast.
