Cabs from Resorts

Are cabs from resorts easy to get even late at night - say at 10:30 - 11:00 p.m.? And how much would a typical fare for 4 be from say the Poly to the Beach Club area? Thanks.

I got a cab from the GF to CSR at 11:30pm one evening after picking my DD up from the kids club. It was reasonable but I can't remember the exact price.
