Cabo: Kids dolphin encounter vs. Dolphin Experience?

I am trying to figure out what to sign up for. Is there a difference in these? Other than a parent can go on one? Has anyone done it? Is it worth the $$$? Thanks!

Our two youngest did the kids dolphin encounter in Cabo and loved it. They actually got to ride on a dolphin. Our oldest did the other excursion because she was too old and even though her's cost more, the two younger kids had a much better experience with more interaction with the dolphins. Having said that all 3 kids had a great time & we thought it was certainly worth the money for a once in a lifetime experience. We also purchased the photo cd. My husband & I kind of wish we had done it as well...maybe next time.

Get the one that says you get to ride/interact. It's not enough to just be in the pool with them. We petted them, had them do tricks around us and then we hooked on and swam away. It was great. Of course, I can't remember what it was called, but it was more money. Good luck
