Cablevision and WDW planning

I just saw this on another board - For cablevision customers there is a WDW channel like the DVD/Video - on channel 650

I just turned it on, really cool

I have tried to watch the videos on the channel, but I can't get it to work. I use the "select" button on my clicker, but the videos won't play. Any tech-savvy DISers out there who can tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Be patient, it takes a while to load
*Then use the up and down keys around the "SEL" button on the top, not your channel up and down button
*When you highlight the "watch our videos" the section then click on select button
*Again use the up and down keys around the "SEL" button on the top to choose the video you want to watch and then click on select to choose that one

As I said sometimes it takes a minute for it to load

I learned about this from someone else here on the boards (whoever you were, I thank you!! ). It's awesome. My family is addicted! We watch every night before going to bed. Even my oh so cool DD and her BF watch!

Which cable company??? I have Mediacom and have never heard of such a thing.

The cable company I have is Cablevision and I have IO digital cable

Thanks for letting us know...I just tried it but i got "2 way communication is unavialable, pls try again" so I'll give it a shot later. I'd love to have a "all Disney" channel!

I think that channel is so cool! I forced my brother to sit through the whole top 7 must do's show with me. LOL.

Ugh, Still can't get it..called Cablevision, waited forever & then was told they have to send a technician to the house next Tuesday!!!! What??????
