An annoyingly enthusiastic lady who stars in a repeating video shown on one of the channels- She reviews the top 10 things to do in Disney World. She is fun to watch once.

Yes they do have the real weather channel with real "local on the 8s" so at least you can pick that up.

And that's a good thing because the weather changes so drastically in central Florida from day to day. It can be 84 and sunny one day and the next day it jumps up to 85 and mostly sunny. The funny thing is that the people on that channel try to make it sound as if their telling you something different than they've been saying for the past two weeks.
