I was just wondering if you feel the movement of the ship more in the cabins in the back. I am prone to a little motion sickness.

I have been on cruises before but have always had mid ship cabins.

Thanks

You'll here lots of opinions on this. My own personal feeling is that I don't feel the ship more or less depending on my location front-to-back. It seems that the motion you feel is side-to-side, a kind of gentle rolling. You feel it a bit more the higher up on the ship, but I don't notice it more or less in the back or front as opposed to midship.

I would agree with the Señor. We've stayed midship(Regular Verandah) and we've stayed aft(Navigator's Verandah) And there really isn't any palpable difference in ship motion between the two places. The biggest difference is in the side-side, but that's more on how high you are in the ship, it is noticably more say up on Deck 10 than on Deck 4. But even then it really has to be rough seas.

I agree...no more motion than anywhere else. My favorite area of the ship is deck 5, as far back as you can get. However, if you are on a lower deck, you may hear some engine noise. We can hear it in my favorite stateroom, 5650, but I like it because it actually lulls me (I sleep with a white noise machine anyway, so it is like the same type thing).
