Cabins, Bungalows or Tree Houses?

Which would you choose?

Cabin, on the BRV side of the WL, not CR side. Poly bungalows are nice, but too many boat whistles for me. That is why I like the cabins to the right of the WL boat dock (when facing the water), the boats don't pass by them! You can still hear some boat whistles, but not nearly as loud or as frequently. Treehouses are too isolated for me. I'd stay CFW before a treehouse.

We've stayed in the Bungalows and Cabins. Both are definitely nice, but I found the Bungalows a little gimmicky (and I'm a hard core Poly guy!). The Cabin was an absolute home run for us - one of the best Disney room types on property, in my humble opinion. LOVED everything about them.

People are talking about using their actual points…. These are Tink’s Magic Pixie Dust Points

Bungalow!
I’m talking about my actual points and I still vote bungalow except in winter. We have 8 nights in May and I can’t wait to watch the electric water parade and fireworks, wine glass in hand from our plunge pool.

I voted for Bungalows for views and proximity to MK - we stayed for July 4th this year and the fireworks views alone were incredible. The plunge pool was nice, but it's a little small. I do like the bungalow decor a lot and having a full, legit kitchen like a Grand Villa is always a plus. I hardly noticed our Bungalow neighbors and I ferry horns were a non-issue even though ours was pretty close to the TTC. Interesting to note that the poll says the CC Cabins are the favorite!

All that said, we are staying in a Poly Tower 2 bdrm villa theme park view for July 4th 2025 and have to wonder if that will become our new favorite spot - let's see how it goes!

I’ve stayed in the treehouses several times (first time was way back when Saratoga was Disney Institute), and stayed at the poly bungalows once. The boat horns in the bungalow were annoying but otherwise it was very nice. I’ve never stayed in the cabins. I like the treehouse itself better than the bungalow (liked them way better years ago when they were really cooly themed-bed hanging on ropes like a hammock, drums for end tables etc) I like the location of the bungalow more.

Stayed in Cabins and Bungalows. Waiting on refurb for Treehouses, but may be too remote for us.

Cabins are the best 2BR on property, IMO. Highest quality living space. Love the hot tub for our Oct/Feb trips. Love the boat access to MK. WL is amazing!

Bungalows are very nice as well. Living room is smallish. Design doesn’t impress. The views are why this is an amazing place to stay.

All that said, I’ve never had a DVC resort stay that I walked away disappointed with.
