We're getting ready for our first family trip to Fort Wilderness! (actually my second trip but my last visit was when I was 4, many years ago).
We're staying in a cabin and planning our meals and I am hoping for some help on a few items:
Does the cabin have steak knives or just standard silverware?
Does the large coffee machine use regular filters or the conical-shaped ones?
Is it stocked with spatulas, large spoons, etc. or will I need to bring some basic cooking utensils?

Thanks for your help!

I am sitting in one of the cabins as I type. I just walked over to the drawers and found steak knives. The large coffee pot uses standard filters. There is only one spatula and one large spoon, well two if you count one large silver one and one large plastic one.

Thanks for your help!
It looks like I can pack a little less for our FW adventure
(now if I can only get my 2 and 5 year-old daughters to pack light!)
One week and counting!

Have a great time and take plenty of pictures, we'll be waiting for a trip report to tide us over till we can go! :thumbsup2 popcorn::

If you plan on using the grill, don't forget to bring the tools for it. I would also recommend an oven mitt, and matches to light the charcoal.

I purchased some really inexpensive tools just to bring to the cabin.
